Microfine powders in Clarins Love Skin Illusion Blush diffuse color to give you that just-got-out-of-the-gym glow — without using a single filter. It’s one of the easiest blushes to apply, too. Simply press the brush-like tip on the apples of your cheeks and blend. Available in three colors.

You really only need to use a few drops of Chantecaille's Rose de Mai Body Oil to cover legs, arms and anywhere else you want to boost sheen (we like to use it on our hands). The quick-drying formula boasts salicornica extract, a natural botanical that improves skin’s moisture content by 6,000 percent in 28 days. Yep, you read that right.

Tres chic: Orange blossom, passion fruit and cedarwood mingle in Chloe Love Story Eau Sensuelle fragrance, which is housed in a bottle that pays homage to the Pont des Arts in Paris.

For shine and frizz control with the faintest hint of rose, hold Fekkai Hair Fragrance Mist in Rose Fraîche 4 to 6 inches from dry hair and spray evenly throughout.

OK, this is definitely not your grandma’s rose. Byredo's super-sexy Saints Rosewater Candle sets the mood and burns for 100 hours.

Couples whose greatest joy is traveling together — listen up. Here’s an inspiring wedding idea that simultaneously celebrates your jet-setting lifestyle… and earns those-ever coveted miles to boot. Win-win! (Oh, and you get the soul mate for life in the deal, too.)

When frequent traveler Ken Nilsen achieved Diamond Medallion — that’s Delta airline’s elite frequent-flyer status — he celebrated with a Paris trip with girlfriend Tracy Bellman. Well, it turns out that trip celebrated more diamonds than just Ken’s SkyMiles status. (Zing!) Indeed he proposed with a sparkler in view of the Eiffel Tower.

In keeping with the travel theme, the couple sealed the deal this week in a wedding ceremony in which they walked down an entirely different sort of aisle. (Can you guess?) Yup, they said their "I dos" on a Delta flight between Cincinnati, where they live, and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in D.C. alongside their children and 10 friends.

“Something that we’ve always had in common was travel, so getting married on a plane just seemed to be the perfect fit,” Ken said in a statement posted by Delta. “I’ve always felt like the journey was just as much a part of the adventure as the destination.”

The couple kicked off their big day at the airport with a traveler's version of a wedding limo: a golf cart with bundles of white balloons, which whisked them to their gate.

A member of the wedding party placed a themey invitation — plus a barf bag with an appropriate message! — on each seat. Tracy wore a wedding dress, and her "something borrowed" was a pair of wings.

The said their vows in mid-air, and when the flight landed in D.C., customers lined at the area to cheer and blow bubbles as the newly married couple walked down a carpet covered in rose petals. In the lounge, the airline served a cake topped with a model Delta jet.

The couple flew home to Cincinnati after the wedding... but next they’re headed off next to Cozumel, Denmark, Las Vegas, Paris, and Cape Town.

Celine Dion didn't know what to do when a meet-and-greet turned into a marriage proposal over the weekend.

Before one of her residency shows in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Friday, she happily greeted her fan, Austin McMillan, and her boyfriend, Nick Janevski. McMillian tells ET that after the first photo was taken with the 48-year-old singer, Janevski "got down on one knee" and popped the question.

pics:black prom dresses uk

"I was shocked and couldn't get any words out, so Celine backed up into the curtain behind us and said, 'Are you going to say yes?'" McMillian, 24, recalls. "Celine was shocked and I was too. She was super sweet and wished us a long and happy marriage like she had with her husband [René Angélil]. Then [she] invited herself to the wedding!"

McMillian isn't exaggerating when she says Dion was not ready to witness the marriage proposal, as her mouth dropped when Janevski, 24, took a knee. "Celine Dion is about the only person I wouldn't mind photo bombing the pictures of our proposal," the bride-to-be quipped on Instagram. "I'm still floating around in the clouds over here, feeling like it's a dream!! My heart is so happy!! What a dream come true."

"There are no words to describe this moment!" McMillian added in another photo caption. "What I thought was just going to be a special night seeing my favorite performer, turned out to be a night filled with so much happiness, surprise and celebration."

Last month, Dion remembered her late husband on the one-year anniversary of his death by sharing a lovely video montage to Facebook. "Today, January 14th, it’s been a year since René left us," Dion said of her husband of 21 years. "He will always be in our hearts. -Team Céline ❤."

Neil Nitin Mukesh, who is set to marry Rukmini Sahay in Udaipur on February 9, arrived in the City of Lakes on Sunday, for the pre-wedding functions that started yesterday. Accompanied by around 100 members of his family, the actor arrived sporting a sash that said, 'Groom to be', and was greeted by his father, singer Nitin Mukesh, who even danced with the folk artists at the venue. The wedding functions including mehendi, sangeet and pheras will take place at Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort and Spa. In a chat with us, Neil shared the details of his big fat destination wedding. He said, "I always wanted to have a destination wedding. And my father also liked the idea, since this way, all my family members will be able to gather at one place other than Mumbai, and spend time together. Ours is a huge family and there will be around 500 people attending the wedding from different parts of the world. It's more like a family holiday for our big clan."

Fairy-tale theme for the engagement ceremony

While the wedding ceremony will be traditional, Neil has chosen a fairy-tale theme for the engagement which will be held today. Neil said, "I love the way Indian weddings are hosted. We have kept everything traditional, except our engagement ceremony. Since I was born in a family with a filmy background, I wanted to give a fairy-tale twist to my engagement ceremony. The emerald green prom dresses code is tuxedos for men and evening gowns for women. My girl will be walking down the aisle wearing a flowy gown. I have grown up watching English films and had this fantasy!" The ceremony will be followed by a musical evening, with DJ Suketu belting out English numbers.

While the family members have been preparing for sangeet ceremony to be held tomorrow, Neil and Rukmini have decided to do an impromptu dance, and didn't take a choreographer's help. "Both of us decided to not have a choreographed performance. Everyone should see how naturally we gel together," Neil said.

The wedding functions started yesterday with a Sufi night; the engagement and cocktail will be held today, followed by the mehendi function with the Mewari mela theme, and sangeet tomorrow. The wedding on Thursday is packed with activities like a rain dance party, a football and volleyball match between Neil 11 Vs Rukmani 11, followed by sehrabandi at 3pm, the baraat procession at 4pm and finally the pheras late evening.

Prom Goes Hollywood

Hollywood celebrities may get all the fashion accolades on the awards shows, but now prom goers are getting the star treatment, too. From the red carpet to the dance floor, the prom dresses this year are inspired by glamour girls of the past and present. And it's never too early to start getting the ball gowns rolling. Even if you're a little too old for the prom and just have a special occasion in your future, there are so many cocktail dresses trends to check out this coming season!

It's all about the hemlines. The long gowns may still rule this fashion scene, but flirty, short dresses are gaining in the popularity contest, and they may be the best way to show off those dance moves. But whether you choose long or short, the focus is on the bottom line...hemlines that are high in the front, low in the back. The newest way to wear the hi-low hemline is a long skirt layered over matching shorts — the best of both worlds.

It's all about the cropped tops. The two-piece dress is making a major statement this year. High-neck cropped tops that bare the midriff and team up with long skirts are definitely having a moment. Pull the skirt's waist up for more modest pictures with the parents! Start working on those abs now.

It's all about the shine. Beads, bangles and baubles. All-over shimmer and shine from head to toe is another stunning way to not only hit the red carpet but the dance floor, too. If you want a standout photo op, this is it. Sparkle is the way to glow.

It's all about the illusion. Being transparent is always a good thing, and this spring formal season, dresses are swathed in layers of sheerness — all strategically placed, of course. Whether it's part of a long skirt, or a dramatic back or a fluttering sleeve, the illusion of sheerness adds an air of mystery to these glamourous gowns.

It's all about the neckline. No matter the silhouette of the party dress — long and lean or short and A-line — the shoulders are sure to be in the spotlight. Think asymmetrical cold-shoulder looks, halters, deep plunges and strapless sweetheart designs.

It's all about color. Black is always a classic, and if you want to "recycle" a party dress, this is the way to go. Black is also a great background for all that sparkle and shine. White — another classic — is also stepping out at night in a big way. Then there are the blush nudes — neutrals that are barely there and perfect for spring flings. But if you're really ready to burst into a new season in a colorful way, try lemony yellow — a favorite of the Hollywood crowd at recent awards shows. Red (especially in the wine shades) also makes an entrance. And if you really don't care to be a wallflower, pick a dress splashed with tropical blooms that pack a colorful punch.

—It's all about the accessories. The best news? Lots of sparkly open-toe sandals with block heels...your twinkle toes will thank you when the clock strikes midnight and you kick them off and you don't have to hobble home. Add some long dangly tassel earrings and a tiny pouch purse, and all you have to do is take the perfect selfie for a night to remember.

The singer – who appeared on The X Factor in 2014 with her band Only The Young – looked sensational in a mismatched bikini.

She kept her eyes covered with a pair of oversized shades and let her long, blonde hair hang loose over her shoulders.

Betsy-Blue showed off her curves with a ruffled, gingham bikini top which she paired with a pair of black, string bikini briefs.

Wandering through the surf, the starlet looked deep in thought as she strolled along.

She later stopped and posed up for a couple of selfies.

Throwing her head back and pouting straight into the camera, Betsy-Blue oozed glamour.

Alongside her singing career Betsy runs a fashion blog called It’s Thursday Tho? and even has her own clothing range.

Speaking about her career, Betsy admitted she’s flat out with different projects, saying in December: “At present, I’m juggling a fashion and beauty blogging career, a music career, an acting career, a modelling career and a fashion design career.”

Her fashion line is something she’s worked incredibly hard on and Betsy is hoping to break through some misconceptions in the industry.

She explained: “Brand names do not matter.

“I’ve turned up to fashion shows and premieres in cheap prom dresses uk that have cost me £20 from stores like Beyond Retro, that I’ve altered myself to look like it’s been fitted especially for me.”

Even when she appeared on The X Factor, Betsy worked with the stylists and made sure her individuality shone through.

She said: “I got on so well with my stylists on X-Factor that they did listen to me.

“It was never the case that they picked something for me and I had to wear it.

“There were always options and I’d always have my pick. To be honest, when I was out shopping, I would send pictures to my stylists of what I liked weeks ahead of our performances.

“However, It was hard because I was in a band, I had to coordinate with the others, so I didn’t have quite the free reign.

“My style would have been completely different if I was on there as a soloist.

“But, I did used to be the first one in wardrobe every Friday morning out of every contestant picking my outfit. No one cared as much as me!”

The campaign is being run by Blank Noise, a charity which was set up in 2003 to fight the issue of female molestation around the world.Organiser Jasmeen Patheja says she wants 10,000 photos of marieprom dresses and other clothing to display for a project called "I Never Ask For It".It follows reports of widespread sexual assaults in Bangalore at New Year.At least six people were detained after several video clips were shared online showing women being attacked by men.

Several women described being surrounded by mobs of men before being assaulted. After the assaults #NotAllMen trended and there was criticism of an Indian minister after he said groping at New Year was caused by women dressing "like Westerners".The first story in the campaign is from an Indian woman called Aishwarya, who says a cab driver told her the clothes she was wearing weren't appropriate. She says after arguing back she was surrounded by men telling her she didn't belong. But she says things got worse when she had a rant about it on Facebook."Thousands of men and women online took it upon themselves to tell me that I was a whore, a slut and not representative of the Indian culture.

"Soon I was getting rape and death threats. All anonymous. All incredibly scary."I spent the week holed up in my bathroom crying and worrying that some man would recognise me and would rape me."Another story is from a woman called Berlyn, who is from Cameroon. She says one man told her that women were harassed because of the clothes they wore.

"The guy told me men are moved by sight," she wrote."He didn't end there but turned to me and said the dress I was wearing is tempting and could make a man sexually harass or abuse me and insinuated it will not be the man's fault because it is because of the way I dressed."He also talked of how my breasts looked in the prom dresses uk which was tempting because God make a woman's body to be naturally tempting to men."His statement made me very uncomfortable as there were also others there listening."I Never Ask For It, the latest campaign from Blank Noise, follows Meet To Sleep, where Indian women were encouraged to sleep in parks like men, and Talk To Me, where female volunteers talked with each other in a street called "rapist's lane".
